UF Information Technology (UFIT) is seeking an intermediate-level Computer Operator II to join the Infrastructure and Communication Technology - Single Operations Center, within UFIT.
Employment with UFIT offers the chance to work with dedicated professionals focused on understanding and addressing the technological needs of the University of Florida’s community.
As part of ICT, you will join the Single Operations Center team, which provides foundational support for UFIT. This 24x7x365 team supports the university’s success through service and operational excellence. The Computer Operator II will collaborate with teams across UFIT and peers to monitor UF’s systems and services, respond to customer inquiries, incidents, and alerts.

Expected Salary: $22.05/hour
Minimum Requirements
An associate’s degree; or a high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience. College coursework or vocational training may substitute for experience at an equivalent rate.
