Akkodis is seeking a Printer Technician for a 24-month contract position with a client located in Atlanta, GA (30309). Ideal candidates should have a strong working knowledge or familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress, which is a plus.

Location: Atlanta, GA (30309)

Duration: 24 Months

Pay Range: $27/hr - $28.41/hr on W2 (without benefits); rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Note: Candidates must reside in Atlanta, GA, and be able to commute daily to the Atlanta airport.

Job Description

This role involves monitoring systems, detecting performance issues, and resolving technical problems using established protocols. The technician will address customer issues, conduct routine installations and configurations, execute scripted change management activities, and support incident, change, and problem management processes. The role requires meeting production goals, maintaining data confidentiality, and supporting operational plans with minimal supervision.

OSA Level II Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites
• Assist end users with device functionality
• Coordinate with HP for support
• Report customer dissatisfaction to CSM/SDM
• Assist with collection of usage data
• Swap out devices with spares as needed
• Perform maintenance as directed
• Use web-based software for fleet management and proactive monitoring

Responsibilities

• Identify incident trends and escalate as needed
• Conduct installations and configurations following protocols
• Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Execute scripted change activities adhering to management processes

• Ensure data confidentiality and support operational plans
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision and proactive planning

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Typically 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in maintenance or quality fields
