Relationships:

• This position reports to the Shift Supervisor.
• The Operations staff operates 24/7/365.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Proficiency with commands, programs, scripts, and advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of IT Operator Software, Windows, Linux.
• Strong communication, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills for software and hardware issues.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsible for monitoring and controlling company's worldwide projects, load adjustments, batch balancing on all systems, Omega OCM / Cloud software, and in-house peripherals/software components. Interact with internal/external customers, vendors, and support teams to resolve system alerts and support calls.

Previous Experience and Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to stand, crouch, stoop, walk, and lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules, manuals, and write routine reports and procedures; effective written and oral communication skills.

Additional Job Details: Must perform duties satisfactorily, establish effective relationships, work safely, and be proficient with Linux and Windows OS.
