Pay Range

This range is provided by Zenith Insurance Company (United States). Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range

$48,395.91/yr - $65,334.48/yr

Work Schedule and Location

This role is eligible for Zenith’s hybrid work schedule, offering flexibility to work from home on select days. The selected candidate must report to an office in Sarasota, FL; Orlando, FL; Springfield, IL; East Norriton, PA; or Austin, TX on a weekly basis.

Role Overview

Under supervision, runs production batch scheduler, operates production printers, and resolves issues related to aborted processes.

Responsibilities

1. Run production batch scheduler, create supporting batch processes, monitor and operate production printers, and troubleshoot aborted processes.
2. Monitor production batch scheduling systems.
3. Perform production and test code promotions.
4. Document operational problems and notify relevant personnel.
5. Assist in disaster recovery testing.
6. Execute routine testing and implementation steps per project plans.
7. Assist with printed materials collation and envelope stuffing.
8. Work off-hours or weekends as needed for projects or batch cycles.
9. Apply logical thinking to identify problems, gather data, and draw conclusions.
10. Collaborate effectively with team members.
11. Respond positively to feedback and maintain professionalism.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Unix, basic scripting in Python and SQL, and knowledge of batch automation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand and contribute to deployment strategies for new or upgraded products.
