Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a remote computer operator to join the IT organization at higher education client. This candidate will be responsible for managing the alerts that come in overnight through the ControlM tool they are using. The candidate will be responsible for triaging these alerts and working to fix the system error. The candidate will be working alongside a team of other computer operators and will be trained on the clients internal systems. This role also does require some holiday hours- the candidate will receive time and a half payment for holiday days. This is a remote opportunity and there is a potential for conversion after 12 months.

Compensation:

$17/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
