Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is seeking a technical support professional to assist with proprietary software and server infrastructure. You will monitor and support IBM AIX clusters, Windows and Linux servers, and ensure smooth operation of transaction processing systems.

Qualified candidates have a degree in CS/IT or related field and related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role requires rotating shifts including nights and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Intralot, Inc. software applications.

• Cluster of IBM AIX servers for processing transactions.
• Windows servers hosting web applications.
• Linux servers hosting Intralot, Inc. software applications.
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.

Education, Training And Experience
