Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is seeking a capable technical support professional to maintain and operate its gaming and transaction processing systems.

The role involves working with IBM AIX clusters and Windows/Linux servers, monitoring system processes and communications devices, and ensuring smooth operation of Intralot software applications. The candidate should have an associate degree in CS/IT (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of related experience, with the ability to learn new software

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field, and one year related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent.
• Ability to acquire proficiency in new software applications.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word; operating systems such as AIX, Windows and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems, including the following:
• Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications.
• Monitor system processes and upscale accordingly.
• Monitor communications devices.
• Cluster of IBM AIX servers for processing transactions.
• Windows servers hosting web applications.
• Linux servers hosting Intralot, Inc. software applications.
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.

Education, Training And Experience
