Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Technology and other technicians to plan and maintain network, equipment, technology policies, hardware, software.
• Provides technical support and training to staff.
• Respond to technology request tickets and make sure request records are up-to-date.
• Install/maintain/troubleshoot/repair all technology including hardware, software, peripherals (smartboards, projectors, document cameras, printers).
• Install /maintain/troubleshoot/repair network hardware and wireless networks.
• Have knowledge of TCP/IP usage.
• Have knowledge of routing and switching.
• Assist with administration of network directory service including user accounts and network.
• Participate in continuing education in effort to stay current with district.
