Formación

• PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, computer science, or related field.
• MS with exceptional track record and 8+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with Linux; ability to handle large genomic datasets.
• Experience with cloud computing (e.g., AWS) and developing computational infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead computational biology and genomics activities in a cross-functional drug development setting.
• Develop and implement novel computational pipelines in collaboration with experimental teams.
• Characterize off-target gene editing to ensure safety of CRISPR-based products.
• Test hypotheses on genome-scale data using analytical and statistical methods.
• Author research reports to support IND submissions and regulatory filings; present findings to leadership.
• Maintain computational infrastructure and internal web apps for data analysis accessibility.
