• Strong documentation and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform sophisticated computational analyses of NGS data with best practices and data visualizations.
• Develop and maintain reproducible, version-controlled computational biology pipelines.
• Define, troubleshoot, and optimize analysis specifications for novel NGS analyses.
• Maintain well-documented workflows and study reports for research and regulatory activities.
• Present scientific findings to senior leadership to inform therapeutic decisions.
