Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to work hands-on with compressed air systems at DIRECTAIR sites across the region. You will troubleshoot, repair, and monitor equipment, and grow your technical expertise through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to any issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts needed at sites.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving.
