Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Compressor Technician for the Greater Cleveland area. You’ll service and repair air compressors and rotating equipment, monitor sites, and propose improvements to reliability and efficiency.

You will receive industry-leading training, a company vehicle, and opportunities for advancement as you gain experience and complete continued education. A strong safety mindset and customer‑facing professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service preferred.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors and related rotating equipment.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond to issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify upgrades.
• Complete accurate service reports.
• Maintain stocked service vehicle and order parts.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and ongoing training.
• Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities.
