Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to work across our DIRECTAIR sites. You will service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment, while monitoring sites remotely and acting quickly to prevent downtime.

You will receive industry-leading training through the Air Academy and supplier programs, a four-day, 10-hour workweek for better balance, and a clear path for advancement within OTC as you build expertise and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, coachable attitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites regionwide.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose problems and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
