OTC Industrial Technologies in the Greater Indianapolis area is seeking a Compressor Technician to install, service, and repair air compressors and rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites. You will monitor sites, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements to reliability and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and professional customer interactions, with a 4 day-10 hour schedule and company vehicle support. Training and career growth are key pillars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license; pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
