Job summary

Shale Pro Energy Services seeks a Compressor Station Operator to run and maintain gathering system compressor stations. You will monitor throughput, document readings, perform minor engine and equipment work, and coordinate with craft personnel to resolve issues.

You must operate safely, follow emissions standards, and stay compliant with OSHA/DOT rules. Expect on-call duties and weekend/holiday shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Gas or Diesel Mechanics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate natural gas compressor stations and midstream equipment.
• Read and record gas, condensate, and production water/brine amounts.
• Report temperatures and pressures in operating logs.
• Inspect equipment and ensure emissions compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Maintain daily logs, shift reports, and regulatory documentation.
