Job summary

Haleon is hiring a Manufacturing Operator I to execute low-level manufacturing steps on product batches, following safety policies, SOPs, and batch production records. The role involves setting up and operating equipment, monitoring processes, and assisting in troubleshooting. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production needs.

You will work under GMP guidelines, participate in process improvements, and help maintain 5S and equipment readiness across production lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with three years of experience as Manufacturing Operator or
• Associate degree with two years of experience as Manufacturing Operator or
• Bachelor’s Degree with no experience; full knowledge of manufacturing equipment technology.

Responsibilities

• Apply safety policies and GMP knowledge in daily operations.
• Perform cleaning in manufacturing rooms, washroom, equipment and general area.
• Set up, load/unload, and operate equipment such as blenders, compressing machines, coaters.
• Monitor operating parameters and address process deviations; assist in troubleshooting.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Exhibit company values and work in a team to achieve goals.
• Maintain 5S in the manufacturing area and perform preventive maintenance.
