Job summary

Haleon plc is hiring a Manufacturing Operator I in Puerto Rico to execute basic manufacturing steps with proper equipment and adherence to safety policies and batch records. You will work in a fast-paced environment, performing setup, running equipment, and documenting results.

The role emphasizes complying with GMP, attending to process deviations, and supporting process improvement. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required to meet production needs while benefiting from Haleon’s

Qualifications

Compression experience is a must.
Minimum education as listed: high school diploma with experience or higher degrees.
Solid communication skills and basic computer literacy are preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply safety policies and GMP knowledge in daily operations.
Perform cleaning in manufacturing rooms and maintain SOPs.
Set up, load/unload, operate equipment (blenders, compressing machines, coaters).
Monitor parameters on manufacturing records and address deviations.
Participate in process improvement projects.
Overtime may be required to meet production needs.
