Job summary

Haleon plc. is hiring a Manufacturing Operator I to execute low-level manufacturing steps on product batches, following safety policies and batch records. You will operate equipment, load/unload, and ensure readiness of components for production.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, safety (LOTO, PPE), routine maintenance, and participation in process improvements within a team setting. A strong safety and documentation mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Compression experience is required.
• High School Diploma with three years of manufacturing operator experience or an associate degree with two years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with no experience.
• Strong basic computer proficiency and math knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Apply safety policies and GMP knowledge in daily operations.
• Set up, load/unload, clean and operate equipment (blenders, coaters, etc.).
• Monitor parameters and address deviations; assist in troubleshooting.
• Maintain 5S in the manufacturing area and participate in PM activities.
• Overtime may be required to meet production needs.
