Job summary

Haleon is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator to join our Lincon, NE team. You will operate and maintain equipment, follow cGMP procedures, and support production targets with detailed record keeping.

You will perform changeovers, basic repairs, and troubleshooting while ensuring material flow, waste reduction, and adherence to SOPs. This role requires a proactive learner in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or related field.
• Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate manufacturing equipment at various work stations.
• Perform cleaning, change over, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Execute basic equipment adjustments and minor repairs during production runs.
• Monitor supplies and materials; manage inventory and reduce waste.
• Accurately document production batch records and ERP/SAP transactions.
• Ensure escalation of issues to management and maintain training compliance.
• Develop skills to operate across three distinct work centers.
• Adhere to safety, PPE, and GMP requirements.
