Job summary

Haleon in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate and maintain production equipment in a cGMP environment. You will perform setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and ensure quality and safety targets are met.

The role requires a high school degree and at least two years in production or mechanical troubleshooting, with familiarity in SAP/PAS-X. Shift is 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, Wednesday to Friday, onsite at Haleon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in production or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment at assigned work center.
• Perform cleaning, change-overs, setup, and basic maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
