Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a compassionate Comprehensive Therapy Technician to support patient care and work with staff and physicians in a fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic.

The role may include administrative tasks, insurance authorizations, reminders, and EMR data entry, while maintaining patient confidentiality and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred; pay negotiable.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Detail oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands on patient direction and support.
• Sets patients up with various machines, therapies and exercises.
• Assists with departmental therapeutic activities and other duties as assigned.
• Assists in the direction of clinic flow and front desk tasks.
• May contact patient to follow up with missed or canceled appointments.
• Supports the Comprehensive Therapy department via other duties as assigned.
