Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Compounding Supervisor to oversee the compounding department, ensuring efficient, accurate processing of raw materials for quality personal care products. You will lead the team, coordinate with production, warehousing and maintenance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP on a day‑to‑day basis.

The role requires leadership in a manufacturing environment, strong math and reporting skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience supervising hourly direct reports in manufacturing.
• Liquid manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills required.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compounding staff; plan and direct department functions to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, line leads, schedulers and warehouse for flow and inventory control.
• Ensure SOPs, WI, GMP and safety procedures are followed; document deviations and corrective actions.
• Lead safety training, investigate incidents, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain department paperwork accuracy and conduct internal audits as needed.
