CompleteStaff in Wisconsin is seeking a Compounding Production Operator to support production by setting up and running equipment for mixing, producing, and packaging products. You will measure and weigh chemical ingredients, monitor batch quality and safety, and record data.

The role involves sampling for quality tests, regular cleaning of equipment and work areas, and handling lifting requirements including ladders and forklifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and monitor equipment used to mix/produce and package products.
Measure, weigh, mix and process chemical ingredients.
Monitor batches for quality and food safety parameters.
Record production, sanitation and test data
Draw samples for quality tests
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils and work areas.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs., stand, bend and reach for prolong periods of time and climb stairs and ladders
Will operate forklifts, agitators, homogenizers and drum tippers
Comfortable working with chemicals and other bonding agents

Job description

Compounding Production Operator Job Duties:
