Job summary

Nylene Canada Inc. is seeking a production operator to prepare batches according to established formulas, weigh ingredients accurately, and operate compounding equipment in a manufacturing environment.

You will follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, document activities, perform quality checks, collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient production flow, and maintain a clean, organized work area. A basic understanding of laboratory procedures and batch records is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CGMP preferred.
• Experience with materials handling or forklift operations beneficial.
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Ability to read batch records and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including batch records and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using compounding equipment such as mixers, scales, and pumps.
• Knowledge of fabricating and machining techniques is desirable for equipment maintenance.
