Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Compounding Process Coordinator to support the Compounding Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the compounding staff and resources, completing paperwork and reporting, and mixing batch types independently.

They are responsible for directing compounders to execute the production schedule in a manner consistent with the manufacturing department's goals and GDP.

Qualifications

• Must follow GMP and GDP requirements.
• Must read/write in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Must have attention to details and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor with executing the production schedule and assign tasks to Compounders and related staff.
• Follow safety guidelines, proper PPE usage and promote a safe culture on the team.
• Operate complex processing equipment to mix batches meeting quality specs and sanitize equipment.
• Complete paperwork, batch close out, sampling, inventory transactions and reporting.
• Assist with technical support, mentoring and training for compounding staff.
• Assist leadership with ensuring all plant policies and procedures are followed.
• Identify and drive process improvements and communicate challenges.
• Assist other Work Centers as needed.
