Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Compounding Process Coordinator to support the Compounding Supervisor in coordinating staff and resources, and to mix batch types independently while ensuring adherence to GMP and GDP guidelines.

You will direct compounders to meet production schedules, maintain safety standards, and document processes. Strong attention to detail, leadership, and English reading/writing are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Some experience in a controlled manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must follow GMP and GDP requirements.
• Must follow instructions, pay attention to details, and effectively multi-task.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with executing the production schedule and assign tasks to Compounders and related staff.
• Follow safety guidelines and promote a safe culture.
• Operate processing equipment (mixing kettles, pumps, homogenizers, blenders, filters) to mix batches meeting quality specs.
• Complete paperwork, batch close out, documentation, sampling, and inventory transactions for the compounding department.
• Assist leadership with training and mentoring of staff and with policy adherence.
