Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Compounding Process Coordinator to support the Compounding Supervisor and oversee batch preparation in a GMP environment.

You will direct compounders, ensure safe practices, and manage documentation and reporting for the production line in a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, maintaining quality standards, and training staff while adhering to GDP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must follow GMP and GDP requirements.
• Must follow instructions, pay attention to details, and effectively multi-task.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency to read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with executing the production schedule and assigns tasks to Compounders and related staff.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including proper PPE use and promoting a safe culture with the team.
• Operate complex processing equipment to mix batches meeting Right First Time Quality specifications and sanitize equipment.
• Complete paperwork, batch close out, documentation, sampling, inventory transactions and reporting for the compounding department.
