Qualifications

• Active OH Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; hospital or compounding setting preferred.
• Familiarity with USP <795> and USP <800> standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, stay compliant, and work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and workspaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, compliant work environment.
• Participate in site-specific training, competency assessments, and revalidation.
• Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Compound non-sterile medications following prescriptions and SOPs.
