Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician I for a part-time, per diem role in Omaha, NE. Under a licensed Pharmacist, you will work in a clean room to compound medications at least 50% of the time, ensuring safe and accurate operations.

You will assist with prescription compounding and processing, maintain documentation, and support site equipment and supplies. Requires high school diploma, 1 year of tech experience, and state licensure if required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Must be licensed or registered (if required by the state).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Prepare medications so they are accurately compounded.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to obtain correct dosages.
• Label and package medications accurately.
• Maintain pharmacy temperature and cleaning logs.
