Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Must be licensed or registered as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing under policies/procedures.
• Prepare medications so they are accurately compounded.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations for correct dosages.
• Accurately label and package medications.
• Participate in reporting of medication-related incidents.
