Option Care Health is seeking a Compounding Technician I to assist pharmacists in a clean room, focusing on accurate medication compounding at least 50% of the time. You will prepare and label medications, perform basic calculations, and support incident reporting.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience. State licensing as required. Strong organizational skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency are needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Licensed or registered as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications per policy and state standards.
• Prepare medications for accurate compounding.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations for correct dosages.
• Label and package medications accurately.
• Assist in reporting medication incidents.
