Job summary

Deceuninck North America is hiring a Production Operator (Compounding) in Monroe, OH to operate mixing equipment, load materials, and run batches. The role emphasizes safety, quality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include day and night cycles with a $2 shift differential on top of the starting pay. Responsibilities include equipment checks, troubleshooting with teammates, housekeeping, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outside for short periods in all seasons.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with powered industrial vehicles.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load blend towers with raw materials and run scheduled batches.
• Assist in troubleshooting with other operators as needed.
• Monitor equipment and perform housekeeping and quality checks.
• Suggest improvements to production methods and equipment usage.
• Participate in cross-functional improvement teams when needed.
