Americhem in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a Machine Operator, Compounding for the 2nd shift. This full-time, non-exempt role involves setting up and compounding formulations with approved raw materials following specifications and procedures.

Operators must follow safety and quality protocols, work well independently and in a team, and may operate powered industrial vehicles as needed. Americhem offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized, and contributing to established safety goals.
• Effectively manages time and meets deadlines.
• Demonstrates organizational skills by working independently and with a team.
• Safely operates powered industrial vehicles and moves product to appropriate areas.
• Effectively operates and understands all required compounding equipment that includes blenders and scales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.
