Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding in Middlefield, Ohio, is hiring for a manufacturing associate to handle compounding, weighing, mixing and safe equipment operation across the facility. You will support the production flow by ensuring proper mixing, material handling and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; competency may substitute.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Check raw materials for contamination, weigh and mix as instructed.
• Inspect scales and operate equipment per procedures.
• Ensure mixer cleanliness and proper changeovers between materials.
• Maintain clean work area and prevent contamination between batches.
• Report issues to supervision and assist in problem solving.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; lock-out/tag-out when needed.
