Job summary

UGN Monroe in Ohio is hiring a Production Operator to assemble, mold, trim, glue, inspect, and package products across several shifts. Starting pay is $17.50/hour with a $0.40 shift diff, plus a $0.50 increase after 45 days. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read elementary operating instructions and production boards.
• Basic arithmetic and manual writing for production reports.
• Ability to interpret written or spoken instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documents and perform pre-start checklists and audits.
• Manufacture, trim, inspect, and pack product to specifications.
• Rotate assignments across cells and secure materials.
• Observe machines to ensure quality and sign off work for traceability.
• Perform 5S duties and keep cell clean and organized.
• Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with coworkers.
