Job summary

Deceuninck North America is seeking operators to start at $19.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential. Within 1 year, earn $23.00+/hour plus differential as you learn new skills and responsibilities. The 2-2-3 shift schedule includes days and nights, with advancement from Trainee to Production Tech as you grow.

Production Techs earn $30.00+/hour with differential. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) matching, PTO and holidays, and a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions (in English).
• Ability to read schematics and prints.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Ability to perform precise measurements using tape measure, calipers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and safety procedures.
• Monitor multiple manufacturing lines and ensure quality.
• Perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools.
• Read blueprints/schematics to set up machines and runs.
• Communicate operations information to co-workers.
