Qualifications

• Intermediate CAD and CAM capabilities; proficient with Vantage Point and spreadsheet use.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with troubleshooting to minimize downtime, reduce scrap, and improve quality.
• Perform programming and advanced machining tasks.
• Assist engineering, maintenance, and operations with projects as needed.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Recommend and implement process and tooling improvements with guidance from Technician III and engineering.
• Identify potential downtime, scrap or quality issues and propose preventative actions.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and escalate as needed.
• Train line operators and mentor Tech I when appropriate.
