Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in the field.
• General tool and die training (machining, polishing, welding).
• Intermediate CAD, Vantage Point, spreadsheets; Advanced CAM programming; Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations with troubleshooting to minimize downtime, reduce scrap and improve quality.
• Perform programming and advanced machining tasks.
• Assist engineering, maintenance, and operations with projects as needed; participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
