Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking an engineer to provide manufacturing line support. You will monitor, control, and improve processes to meet customer and business needs, collaborating with operations, quality, engineering and maintenance.

You will create training tools, SOPs and participate in continuous improvement projects while mentoring others. The role requires a 4-year technical degree or equivalent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with CAD

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on debugging ability.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD tools (AutoCAD/Inventor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational technical support for existing applications and processes.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering and maintenance to solve issues.
• Troubleshoot problems with other technical employees, suppliers, and outside experts.
• Create training tools, documents and SOPs for production processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and events.
