Job summary

SHD Composite Materials Inc in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Production Technician for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will operate and support manufacturing processes, learn equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards in a hands-on environment.

Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift premium for second shift. Training is provided, with opportunities to cross-train on multiple processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, machine-operation, production or related experience.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, measurement, computer and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Willing to learn and cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Set up, start, clean, change over, and shut down equipment.
• Prepare, measure, identify, and handle raw materials.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, formulas, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor equipment and process conditions for quality.
• Perform measurements, inspections, sampling, and in-process quality checks.
• Complete production records and system transactions.
• Label, move, and stage raw materials and finished products.
• Identify and report equipment, material, quality, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, 5S‑rated work area.
• Support material movement, inventory, shipping/receiving as needed.
• Cross-train on multiple processes and equipment.
• Communicate status during shift handoffs.
