L3Harris Technologies in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Composite Technician A to support the manufacture of high‑quality composite parts and assemblies on the 1st shift (4/10 schedule). You will work hands‑on with fabrication, curing, and testing processes under supervision to build complex structures.

Responsibilities include preparing lay‑ups, operating ovens and autoclaves, performing vacuum bagging, assembling sub‑assemblies, and assisting with process troubleshooting and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Responsabilités

• Produce composite parts and assemblies per work instructions.
• Prepare lay‑ups and cure components using materials.
• Operate ovens, autoclaves, lathes, and other shop equipment.
• Perform vacuum bagging and bonding operations.
• Support maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Assist in training technicians and troubleshooting processes.
