Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years related experience, or an associate degree with 2 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts and assemblies using composite fabrication and related processes.
• Prepare components for lay-up, cure, and post-cure steps.
• Operate ovens, autoclaves, lathes, mills and other shop equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble sub-assemblies and components.
• Perform vacuum bagging and curing processes.
• Support safety and 5S standards; participate in preventative maintenance.
