Job summary

You will work 10-hour days on 3rd shift, collaborate with maintenance and engineering to meet tight deadlines, and participate in safety and 5S standards while building development hardware for R&D programs.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of prior manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts and assemblies using composite fabrication and curing processes.
• Operate ovens, autoclaves, CNC machines and related shop equipment.
• Prepare lay-up components and post-cure handling.
• Troubleshoot processes and coordinate with maintenance for setup.
• Assist in safety initiatives and maintain 5S+1 standards.
