Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret product drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture parts using composite fabrication, molding and assembly per detailed instructions.
• Set up and operate machinery and shop equipment (filament winders, ovens, autoclaves, lathes, presses).
• Perform quality testing, checkouts and re-work as needed.
• Support lay-up, cure, post-cure, bonding and insulation processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance and engineers.
• Assist in training technicians as required.
• Maintain clean work area according to SOPs and safety rules.
• Possibility to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
