Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings and instructions.
• Willingness to learn Lean Six Sigma concepts and apply them.
• Proven ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts and assemblies using composite fabrication and molding processes.
• Prepare components for lay-up, cure, and post-cure operations.
• Operate shop equipment such as ovens, autoclaves, lathes, and presses.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot processes as needed.
• Support maintenance and set-up with supervision and training as required.
