Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years relevant experience.
• Or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 0-2 related experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts and assemblies using composite fabrication and assembly per detailed instructions.
• Prepare components for lay-up and cure using rubber materials and adhesives.
• Operate ovens, autoclaves, CNC lathes and milling centers and other shop equipment.
• Perform vacuum bagging and related curing processes for composite parts.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineers for equipment setup and calibration.
