ODW Logistics, Inc. seeks a General Manager III to lead a large, high-volume distribution center. You will oversee safety, customer relations, operations, and P&L while driving continuous improvement and staff development. Heavy focus on multi-customer liaison, business development support, and KPI reporting.

Required: 10+ years in management in a 3PL environment, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and RF experience. ISO knowledge is a plus, with a hands-on leadership style for a fast-paced team.

Competenze

• Over 10 years of management/supervisory experience in a large, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related operations discipline.
• Must currently be General Manager for a 3PL provider.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced, team-oriented settings with safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office; prior RF experience; ISO experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversees planning and scheduling of distribution center services to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Liaises between distribution centers and multiple customers across disciplines.
• Directs programs on safety, housekeeping, cost reduction and security.
• Reports KPI metrics and monthly operations statements to customers and senior management.
• Supports RFQ responses with solution concepts and design.
• Implements cost-effective operational improvements to enhance service levels.
• Manages P&L performance for assigned distribution centers and budgets.
