Overview

The Breakfast Attendant provides exceptional service to hotel guests in the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area and service stations.
  3. Support food and beverage service, including preparing drinks and handling guest requests.
  4. Perform opening and closing duties, including side work and cashiering.
  5. Communicate effectively with other departments regarding guest needs and VIPs.
  6. Ensure adherence to hotel standards of service and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Legal age to serve alcohol and ability to pass responsible serving training (e.g., TIPs).
  4. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, guest relations, and hotel operations.
  5. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  6. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
