Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard office software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Document association violations and inspections per board/PM rules.
• Track violations and document compliance.
• Repeat inspections within required timeframes.
• Serve as primary contact for non-compliance letters and follow-up.
• Provide documentation to PM for compliance/resolution and board decisions.
• Update KWPM systems with violations data as directed.
• Attend Violation Control Committee meetings monthly.
