Job summary

KW Property Management seeks a diligent Violation Compliance Coordinator to document association violations, conduct inspections as needed, and ensure regulatory compliance across properties.

This role is primarily outdoors with potential for long periods of walking and exposure to the elements. You will coordinate with the Board and PM, update systems, and manage correspondence related to violations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for documenting Association violations and inspections as needed.
• Track violations and document compliance; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for non-compliance letters and notices to comply or fine.
• Update KW Property Management systems with violations documentation.
• Attend Violation Control Committee Meetings on a monthly basis.
• Work outdoors with potential noise and climate exposure; batched duties as assigned.
